Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy which means customers have 14 days from the time the merchandise is delivered to request a return.

Please note that returns only apply to general release products. Limited drops are not accepted for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact customer support at ohwapom@gmail.com. Our team will respond with detailed return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be a ccepted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping rates unless the goods received are defective or incorrect due to our fault, of which proof may be required to be presented in the form of a detailed image.


Cancellations
1. We accept order cancellations only before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.
2. Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed. During Peak periods, cancellations may not be possible.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Customer support may be reached at ohwapom@gmail.com, please attach within your email detailed images of the product in question together with the packing/invoice slip. Our team will evaluate the situation and respond with a resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may be caused during transportation. Under normal circumstances, we cannot refund or replace goods that have been damaged due to shipping.


Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Please kindly note that limited drops, custom orders, hand-made-composition items, or personalized items cannot be returned. Due to the intimate nature of masks, swimwear, tights, underwear, and lingerie, these products are not eligible for return. Damaged, soiled or altered items will not be accepted for return. Items bought with gift cards and sale items are final, they cannot be returned. Shoe outsoles can be fragile. They must be unmarked and in their original condition. To avoid return ineligibility, we recommend trying shoes on a clean, carpeted surface. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you with a notification of receipt, and let you know of the approval or rejection of your return. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ohwapom@gmail.com.
