SHIPPING + PROCESSING

Our team requires 3-7 days to process your order before it is ready for shipment. The estimated shipping time is 3-14 days depending on location.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of courier services.


SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders above 600 USD: Free
  • Orders under 600 USD: 20USD

Shipping methods:

  • Mainland China : Land or air express
  • Other countries and regions: Air express

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY

Once your package is processed/shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to track your shipment and estimate its arrival.


PICKING UP YOUR DELIVERY

Please sign the receipt confirmation when you pick up your package. You will be responsible for the products you ordered since then. If the consignee or recipient is not the original purchaser, then you accept the receipt of the consignee or recipient as evidence that we have delivered your order. You also accept the transfer of responsibilities. Please ensure that someone of legal age is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

REPORTING ANOMALIES OR DAMAGES

In the event of any anomalies or damages to your package, we kindly request that you immediately report them to our customer service team at ohwapom@gmail.com.
